    Why am I unable to get keys in Social when I achieve the number of points? Also, why am I unable to Shop and watch ads for tickets and coins?

    can't play games on xbox live

    Well, the first thing you should check is your subscription status. Check if you are Silver level or Gold as Silver level players cannot play games online.

    I just got to level 75 and opened up the silver level in Greece. Up until this level I would also get 10 new items added to the levels Collection. This time only the silver level became available without any increase in the number of items. Was wondering
    if this is just a glitch.

    I don't know who this Level 1 silver guy is, but whenever a silver destroys a gold in an arguement, it is a good day.

    Collections in France are not updating

    You will have to complete the Silver levels and move on to the gold levels before you can get the final 10 pieces of the collection. it is 10 in each room for bronze, 10 in each room for silver and 10 in each room for gold.

    If my character has got a low level then bronze but if my characters got a decent level then silver.

    I'm levelling my Alteration by transmuting iron ore into silver and silver into gold. Just find a mine with heaps of iron ore and your set.
