Odd to hear that you're not able to access your season pass content for Fallout 4. Is it possible you were signed in with a different account when the season pass was purchased? If you search for the season pass on your account does it give you the option
to purchase it again?

Unfortunately season passes are locked to account that purchased the pass. Once the content has been downloaded to the console it is often available to other accounts on the console.

You either have to pay for the content on the account you have access to, or try to get access to the account that has the pass and use it to download the content.

Is it possible that the season pass was purchased on a different account and that account had your original Xbox set as it's home xbox, if that is the case you would need to add that other account to your new Xbox and maybe make the Xbox that accounts home
Xbox in order to share the content with other accounts.

Since the season pass is owned by your dad's account, you can only access the content while you're using his Home console. You would need to purchase the pass on your account in order to use it on every console.

Bungie Support article, which should cover any questions you have about shared DLC.

"Players accessing Destiny content through the game sharing feature may not be able to access all DLC, add-ons, promotional items, or pre-order items for which the primary account owns the licenses.

Bungie does not support any issues with loss of access to items on accounts that are using the game sharing features to access Destiny content."

And from
this forum post from a Bungie Mentor:

"The season passes are purchased as in-game items, so they are not DLC entitlements and thus don't get picked up by console game sharing features. So if you purchase Shadowkeep on one account you will be able to game share that DLC to another account,
but it would just be the Shadowkeep content.

The season pass would be unlocked on that primary account, but not the secondary account. To play the season pass content you'd need to buy silver on the secondary account so you could purchase the season pass in that account's Eververse store."
