Silent Hill 2 Restless Dreams not loading

Discus and support Silent Hill 2 Restless Dreams not loading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I recently downloaded the patch for Silent Hill Restless dreams.     Silent Hill 2 Restless Dreams not loading


    I recently downloaded the patch for Silent Hill Restless dreams. The game was playing fine until I saved and then the next day tried to load the game again to start off where I saved. All I get is a black screen, no start menu. I cleared cache and it asked
    me to install download again which I did and still black screen.

    I then deleted my saved data since I was not that far into the game and the game started up perfectly fine until I saved again and tried to load game again.

    It seems as though once you save the xbox cannot access that data.

    I've already played Silent Hill 2 Restless Dreams multiple times; hence the reason that at least 3 games got back-logged as a result of this game LOL Silent Hill 2 Restless Dreams not loading :)

    Silent Hill: Anniversary Collection (If they made it, would you buy it?)

    Hello everyone Silent Hill 2 Restless Dreams not loading :)

    Imagine IF they made this...

    This collection contains Silent Hill 1, Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams, and Silent Hill 3 with uprgraded graphics (similar to Halo 2 Anniversary) but the same exact gameplay / mechanics.

    Having had played other games with the same "clunky" (Resident Evil 1 through Resident Evil: Code Veronica X and Dino Crisis 1 through 2) control scheme, I most definitely prefer the way Silent Hill: Homecoming controls as opposed to Silent Hill 3, Silent
    Hill 1, and Silent Hill 2 Restless Dreams :) I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed Silent Hill: Homecoming :) If you want some more Silent Hill games that don't use the same "clunky" control scheme, check out Silent Hill 4: The Room (I'm pretty sure that this
    game actually uses the dual analog sticks of the original Xbox or PS2. This game got back-logged on my original Xbox, but I definitely enjoyed it and I sincerely apologize if the controls are "clunky" because I haven't played this game in a really long time)
    and I've seen (not played) Silent Hill: Downpour. Silent Hill: Downpour is also good :) Rent them if you get a chance, and buy them if you enjoyed them :) Have a nice day or afternoon or night everyone! :)

    played the Silent Hill HD Collection also, I love Silent Hill 3 (I have no comparison point to the PS2 version because I've never owned a PS2; so I wasn't able to notice any of the differences between the PS2 version & the Xbox 360 version). Silent Hill 3
    is my #1 all time favorite ever, followed by Silent Hill 1 (PS1) then by Silent Hill 2 Restless Dreams (original Xbox). I haven't played Silent Hill 2 in the HD Collection (nor will I ever play it because from what I've seen in youtube, the original Xbox
    version is much better than the HD version). If you don't mind me asking, which game did you play in the Silent Hill HD Collection? Have a good day or afternoon or night everyone! :)

    [/quote] Hopefully, you did detect a little humor in my post. -- My first Silent Hill game was Homecoming on the XBox 360, which I loved. I played it several times and maxed the Gamerscore. Based on that experience, I bought the Silent Hill HD collection.
    I started playing Silent Hill 2. The game controls seemed very awkward and counter-intuitive. I found it difficult to control my character, to see where I was going, and to fight effectively. To be honest, I lost interest in it and quit.

    I just noticed that you're currently playing the " Silent Hill HD Collection " at the time of this posting. Silent Hill 3 is my all time favorite in the series and I only just recently played it on the Xbox 360 on the account that I never owned a PS2. I
    played Silent Hill 1, Silent Hill 2, Silent Hill Homecoming, and about 50% of Silent Hill 4 The Room. Silent Hill 3 is absolutely awesome! :) Silent Hill 1 is my second favorite game in the series which is followed by Silent Hill 2 in third place :)
