Silent Hill 2 original Xbox not working on the 360

On xbox 360 you can use alot of original xbox games.

Wanna know some amazing titles you should pick up?

Original Xbox:

1. Silent Hill 2 (Now available for Xbox 360 in HD along with Silent Hill 3)

2. Silent Hill 4

3. Obscure (Hard to find, but worth it)

4. Doom 3 (Now available in HD for xbox 360)

Xbox 360:

1. Silent Hill Homecoming (Not as good as the original 4 titles, but amazing)

2. Dead Space 1 (Super good game)

3. Resident Evil Code Veronica HD (Amazing Amazing Amazing!)

4. Hydrophobia (Very underrated, but loved it!)

Theres others, but none come close to hitting those. You can additionally get Silent Hill HD Collection, however i dont recommend doing it just for Silent Hill 3. Sure, its well known the port of Silent hill 3 was cancelled for xbox but Silent Hill 4 oddly
still came to the system, but Silent Hill 3 finally comes to Xbox 360, but the issue is, its 100% unplayable with the massive lags. Konami even went as far as offering full recalls for copies on both PS3 and 360.

Which Silent Hill game are you referring to?

Silent Hill HD Collection, Silent Hill Homecoming or Silent Hill Downpour?

And are you playing the games on an original Xbox 360 console, or are you playing these emulated on the Xbox One through Backwards compatibility?

Because its a playstation game and would probably require more work to update or function on the xbox 360. Silent Hill 3 also does a decent job of explaining the events of the first game and Silent Hill 2 has nothing to do with the first game. Only Silent
Hill 3 and origins relate to the first game. Its not ideal but its better than nothing.

Silent Hill 2 is awesome, but my #1 favorite Silent Hill game ever is Silent Hill 3 (which I didn't play until I got this HD Collection because I never owned a PS2, just the Original Xbox. I played Silent Hill 2 on the Original Xbox and I didn't play it
in the HD Collection). My #2 favorite is Silent Hill 1 and my #3 favorite is Silent Hill 2. Silent Hill 4: The Room was just " okay " to me and I lost interest in playing in about half-way through the game; I played it on my Original Xbox. Silent Hill Homecoming
was better than Silent Hill 4: The Room but no where as good as 3, 1, and 2. I never play Silent Hill Downpour but I heard it was better than Silent Hill Homecoming

Personally, I found the Silent Hill series to be scarier than the Resident Evil series because Silent Hill was psychological / supernatural where as Resident Evil was more about being in your face / overwhelming scary. I love the Resident Evil series, but
to me the franchise went down hill with Resident Evil 4 which basically was a shooting gallery. Resident Evil 2 is my #1 favorite game in the series from the PS1 followed by the Resident Evil 1 Remake on the Nintendo Gamecube / the original Resident Evil
for the PS1. Resident Evil 3 Nemesis for the PS1 is next on that list of favorites followed by Resident Evil: Code Veronica X on the Sega Dreamcast
