Buenos días, después de llamar a 3 o 4 num de at al cliente donde solo salen operadoras y perder el tiempo decido escribir aquí, compre ayer fifapoints y siguen sin aparecer en el juego, no es la primera vez que pasa, antes llamabas y t lo arreglaban, ahora
ni eso. Puede alguien facilitarme un número o algo donde poder solucionar el problema? Ya seguí los pasos en xbox, en microsoft help y nada, no hay manera

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, the only ones to be able to assist you in this would be a support agent. You can request a call from support, or chat with support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support or chat with support.

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
