Hi there As Lukear said before not many people look at it. One of the few reasons i look at it is to see what people put bad about me

So i have had my account for about 3 months now, and when i go to view my 'Rep' or what ever you guys call it, i see that the stars above my gamertag are still at 3 out of 5. But my rep says '100% prefer you' . Is this a serious problem? It isn't like important
to me to have 5 stars, but im thinking this shouldn't be at 3 still.

PS. Sorry if this is the wrong section to post in, I was sort of confused on were to post what.

 

You use any weapon that isn't a sniper rifle, DMR, or combat knife.

 

^^Me? In Ghosts I havent gotten into sniping yet. That usually comes after I max prestige as in every CoD. I have thousands and thousands of games sniping in CoDs, but its never my "go to" weapon, hence the first post.

 

I started out last night in ffa with the bulldog and won, got complaints that the bulldog was for bad players. So the next match I stopped at 29 kills just to be nice... got a bunch of gloating about being beat alond with the complaints..

I switched over next match and used the revolver shotty ... still got complaints, even though I only did like 3rd place.

Next match .... tac knife only .... got screamed at a lot but took second place,

Now the thing about it was, a lot of the complaints were from guys laying in a corner somewhere watching spawns. so here I am with a shotgun having to run up within 15 feet or so of a guy using a full auto, unobstructed view for 4 times my range .....
and I'm the one who is bad.

as far as the op goes .... sounds like a blast to me. Been trying to think of a good class to work on now that all my shotguns are gold. .... maybe shield/c4 will be it. Saw a gold one the other night and wonder how difficult it is. Blops 2 was a pretty
tough challenge to get gold/diamond shield.

C4 and the Shield is a lethal combo. I have seen guys do very well with that. I dunno if they use Danger Close and the "Strong Arm" perk (for throwing lethals further) but those would be good options.

My k/d is only like .72 .... doesnt stop anyone from crying, Maybe its embarrasing when I beat them.

 

When im carrying a team with the most kills, you know they suck.... And if we win, the other team really really sucks.....

 

The speed of the c4 being thrown from behind the shield is up surd. It needs to be slowed down.

 

I used to use it, but I felt it was an unfair combo and rarely use it anymore. I still use a riot shield, but I prefer the tac knife combo. It isn't always effective, but if done properly, you can be dangerous.

 

If someone is using a riotshield and hits me with a throwing knife it infuriates me in a good way...because I know they outplayed me. C4s can be thrown at lightening speed with out showing your body. You can launch c4 pretty far and they have a large kill
radius. Blast shield is worthless against them, especially if they have DC on. I can run threw full teams in search, but if there is one or two BKs using shields with radar and c4 I struggle. You can't rush/play offensively because they know you're coming
and you will run right by them and catch a c4. You can't camp/play defensively, because they will see you with their radar and you will catch a c4 around a corner before you know they are there. This is multiplied by the fact that there is no counter to
c4. Blast shield is a waste of a perk against that set up.

This morning someone started talking trash to me in search because I was beating them...Once people start talking trash I go a little try hard so I ended up dropping 20 kills. In between games he was like, "Oh you want me to try?" lol, he pulls out his
riot shield, double c4s. He was being 100% serious. All I can do is smh. I hope there are others who understand. The struggle is real.

Snipers are for when I'm bored or want to challenge myself....Usually after I have played a ton. Similar to how someone above said they snipe after reaching max prestige.

 

I've tried the whole riot shield c4 combo, I'm rubbish at it. I always seem to get shot like my sheild isn't even there
