Signs out of xblive when starting game

Each time i sign in then start an app or game i get signed out. On the menu screen i have to log in. Sometime as i get the signed out msg i get the signed in popup

i need help with player.

when i am connected to xbox live if i start up a game or app or go dashboard (when in a game)

I get signed-out like if i wanted to change profiles.....

but only when im connected to xbox live

but this does not happen to my brothers profile...

can some one help me?

 

Still getting logged out. Any ideas why i get a signing in notification and a signing out notification at the same time?

 

Have you got a strict nat setting that's maybe why your getting signed out ?

 

Ive done the test on the xbox its not giving a warning so assume its open. Also checked router upnp is on. Not sure whats changed over the last couple of weeks

 

Have you tried resetting the Xbox?

 

Hello There, In order to fix this issue you will need to delete your profile only (Not With Items) from your xbox, afterwards clear your system cache, I usually do this 3 times to make sure it's fully cleared. Then lastly, re download your profile. Enjoy

TO CLEAR THE SYSTEM CACHE

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Storage or Memory.

Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

Select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

TO DELETE A PROFILE

Go to settings and select System.

Select Storage.

If you don't connect any external storage devices to your console, select Hard Drive. If you do use external storage, instead select All Devices.

Select the profile you wish to delete (Remember to delete profile only)

 

Also noticed that auto downloads weren't happening when I switched off so I re-downloaded my profile., that did the trick. Didn't see the msg till afterwards so missed the deleting cache/profile part, wonder if it's still best to do that. Thanks for the
