Signs out of profile when online

great it gets worse I deleted my account from the Xbox and now it won't let me get it back says its still on there even though it is not. Great looks like I can't use my Xbox One X anymore

Hey Xantithor! The only way to play online with a profile is to be a Gold member. You can have that person on the silver profile sign out of the silver profile then sign in as a guest of your profile and try it that way. But it won't let the silver profile
play online, since it requires the profile to be gold.

One more thing. Sign out of your profile before going back online following above steps. After your console is back online sign your profile back in. Good luck

I can sign in to my profile when offline but as soon as i go online i get signed out, signing back in whilst online brings up an error report requesting i try again in a few minutes but this has been happening since this morning.... Any fix or ETA yet??

hey fill out the recovery page go to Microsoft.com sign out of all accounts sign in reset password then fill in the page if u cannot find email i suggest you look on all devices Microsoft.com click on ur profile and if ur lucky it might be signed in when u click profile it will show EMAIL IF UR SIGNED IN IF NOT CONTACT MICROSOFT SUPPORT ONLINE OR WAIT FOR AMBASSADOR OR OTHER PEOPLES RESPONSE HOPE IT HELPS
