    Signing out of Netflix on Xbox One


    Does anyone know how to sign out of a Netflix account on Xbox One? I am getting the screen saying "error: cannot connect to Netflix"

    I have tried opening Netflix and pressing the menu button but when I press settings nothing happens. I have tried signing in/out of my live profile and have even un installed and reinstalled Netflix multiple times. Nothing seems to be working..

    Just logged out of my live and retried Netflix says I need to log into Xbox live ? Do you all have home option selected on one Xbox or something

    I have a password logging on my live account but that should not matter

    And yes Netflix asks to sign into live when I try to use it. I have tried to remove Netflix signed out of live and tried to reinstall it but again asks to sing into live

    I have recently been watching things on Netflix. My internet tends to disconnect whenever it wants to, it happens a lot when i am watching things on Netflix and Netflix tells me to sign back into xbox live or exit Netflix. I sort my internet out and my xbox
    is connected again but when I click the sign into xbox live button it signs me in but leaves on the same page. I then have to exit the app and start it up again even though I was signed in to xbox live. Can you help?

    Netflix is fine here in the UK, to sign out destroyer, press the menu (start) button, then settings, then log out.

    In order to sign out of the Netflix app, try the following steps:

    • From the Netflix app home screen, scroll up.
    • Scroll to the right to Settings.
    • Select Settings and then scroll down to Sign Out.
    • Click Yes to sign out of Netflix.

    While you have Netflix open and running click the Menu button (the old start button), and click Switch User. This will allow you to choose another Gamertag. If you are talking about changing Netflix profiles associated with the Netflix account of the Gamertag,
    you would click the Menu button and select Change Netflix Profile. Hope this helps!
