Signing out during loading screen.

I just got this problem a few days ago, whenever I try to load a game, run a app or even go to the dash board it always signs me out. Any tips on how to fix this problem.

xbox 360 freezing, sign out by itself, and account banned

xbox started signing out of #1 profile during loading of games or starting apps, then after fixing problem by deleting and reloading profile. Problem one was fixed but screen began freezing during loading of movies or if you paused , stopped and tried to
resume.. then acct banned

 

Ads in the game? Really EA..

Yes, but a Bud ad during a Skyrim loading screen would be out of place. An ad during a loading screen for a video game adaptation of a real-life sport that is dependent on sponsorships and advertising? Very much not out of place.

Hi there!

Following the steps below (in order) should help to resolve this issue:

Step 1 - Delete your profile from your Xbox (click here for instructions)

Step 2 - Clear your Xbox's system cache (click for instructions)
- repeat this step three times

Step 3 - Re-download your profile to your Xbox (click for instructions)

After following the above steps, you should no longer be automatically signed out when attempting to load a game on your console. Please reply to this thread if you require further assistance with this issue.
