signing on to play modern warfare

I just set up new account yesterday....Account was activated and no issues playing all day yesterday. Today, I try to sign on and it says there's a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com then come back to sign in. They do not tell you what the problem is. When I go to the site. It lists my name and phone number but does not tell me of any issues. Has anybody else had this issue

For future people who search this problem, I did stumble across these steps from https://www.wikihow.com/Fix-Modern-Warfare-2-Freeze-on-Startup-for-Xbox-360. I'm not sure how useful they are, but at least it's a start.

Before you play Modern Warfare, make sure you are SIGNED OUT of any xbox account.
Load modern warfare 2.
The game will ask you if you want to sign in. Sign in, then you will get a notification saying you need an update to play this game on xbox live. Update the game and you're good to go !

For some reason when i got and try to play modern warfare I'm missing multiplayer pack and I can't play modern warfare

You do not understand the issue, you have to understand that there is modern warfare (not free) and modern warfare war zone (free)

For those who have a physical version, we can't access the original modern warfare campaign and other stuff from the main game that we purchased, we can only access modern warfare war zone, everytime we try to play the original modern warfare and not modern
warfare war zone it tell us that we have to purchase it. Even though we had paid for the physical version already.
