Signing Microsoft to PlayStation

if you are trying to sign into Minecraft on the PlayStation you need to create a Microsoft account and setup an Xbox gamertag etc and then log into Minecraft on the PlayStation with that.

On occasion, users have the idea that they are using the correct account because could be pretty similar than the one they previously used but if you get that error message means it's not the same account.

The only best option is to try to contact Mojang to see if they can tell you which Microsoft account was linked to your PSN account. You can reach out to them through this link:

Microsoft owns Minecraft. Therefore, a Microsoft account is required to play the game.

If you want to play with friends on different platforms or join Realms on Minecraft for PlayStation, you will need to link a Microsoft account to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account. Here is how to do that.

How to connect your Microsoft account to PlayStation in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition

Launch Minecraft on your PlayStation.

Select Sign in with a Microsoft account on the title screen.

Visit the code redemption site on a browser.

Input the code that your game is displaying.

Sign in to the Microsoft account you want associated with your PlayStation account.

In this case, your Playstation account is already linked to another Microsoft account. You would need to find out what Microsoft account it is and sign in with it.
