    Signing into Xbox one itself


    My son can't log into his Xbox account (which is my email). He will click on the sign in button but then It flickers and doesn't let him input a password ... anyone know how I can get him logged back in.

    Did you try signing out and back into your EA account inside the game itself?

    XBOX 360 resets itself after signing into XBOX live

    Hey criosphynx,

    I was on the online chat support for a while and we went through the steps you mentioned. The steps included clearing cache of both drives three times, deleting my profile, installing the system update, deleting the corrupt files.

    It seemed to work for a lil while, although the bigger games (7GB) I downloaded just said "can't download item" after a certain percentage, but at least the console wasn't restarting. I did download smaller games, Terrataria entirely but bigger games wouldn't.

    Then it started happening again. It seems all games I was downloaded corrupted as soon as I began downloading. They always appeared as yellow icons in the storage.

    I was frustrated and was going to consider giving up xbox live. If I can't get free games and logging on sometimes resets my console there's no point.

    i was fed up and moved my saved games to my memory unit and formatted my hard drive. Since I've done so, so far it hasn't messed u on me.

    My gamerscore just lowered a couple thousands

    If it's all Xbox One games then it's a glitch that will fix itself.

    If it's 360 games, then it can be a sign of a gamerscore reset.

    No no, hmm let me try to explain again.

    Scenario: I have not been on the 360 all day, nor on Xbox.com. When I start the 360 in the evening I log in on another profile where I have my main profile as a friend. When I check profile It says "last online 2 hours ago".

    It's like someone else log in on my profile, I don't understand it.

    If you feel that your account is being used by someone else without your knowledge, you should immediately call phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx)
    and file an Unauthorized Access claim.
