Signing into Xbox Live / Xbox.com

Whenever I try to sign into Xbox.com on a web browser, I get redirected to a Family Safety support page. The page says that I can't access it because I "couldn't change my privacy and online safety settings" and that this is because my Family Group Organizer needs to do it for me. I have never been part of a family group, so I have no idea why this is happening.

Let's double check something, if you go to your family group in the link below:

Are you there alone? or there is someone else with you?

If you're alone, are you able to see like a 3 dots above your name? If yes, try clicking on it and see if you can click (or appears) on something that says "Leave family group"

what is his xbox.com account? his original gamertag with the @xboxfamilylive.com extension? what is the passowrd?

Please try this soulution out:

Problem:

You see the following error and message when you try to sign in to Xbox Live using a child account:

Before you can sign in here, you'll need to sign in at Xbox.com.

An adult will also need to sign in so they can give permission.

This means that the parent account must provide permission for each associated child account (under age 13) before the child can access Xbox Live

Solution:

To resolve this issue, have the child account sign in to Xbox.com. Then, when prompted, the parent account associated with the child account should sign in to Xbox.com and give permission for the child account to sign in to Xbox Live.
