Signing into Xbox account on PC and IOS takes me back to the hope page not logged in

May we confirm if this issue about Microsoft account while on playing a game on Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) happened after you have successfully unlock your account? Based on your description, you were unable to log into your account on a browser. Just to set your expectations, the Microsoft account is managed by a fully automated server and we do not have manual access to it. 2. May we know if you have seen an error message that is related to the recent lock issue happened to your account.
   
3. What happens first, unlocking of your account or finishing a game on MLB The Show 22?
   

Accounts are locked and disabled for access occurs when the account holder has violated the Microsoft Services Agreement. However,there is a way to unlock the account, please check this support article - Account has been locked - Microsoft Support.

Once I complete part three, it repeatedly asks me to log into my microsoft account. I'll enter my correct credentials but the page will just forward me back to the same sign-in page.

"1. Go to the My Account page.

2.At the upper-right corner of the page, click Sign In to sign in to your Xbox Live account.

3.Under Settings and Preferences, click Privacy and Online Settings."

When I try to link my Capcom ID with my Microsoft account sometimes it takes me to the Microsoft sign in page and after I sign in it takes me to the previous capcom Id page and tells me that An unexpected error has occurred and that if I want to link a different Microsoft account, sign out or log out on the Xbox network site. And takes me to the Xbox website in which I try to login my account but can’t , I didn’t face any problem when I tried to link my capcom Id with my ps or steam accounts

This is also the case with me. I only have 1 Xbox account which I bought "Minecraft For Windows" on. I have over 56% of the achievements done, I restart my pc log onto Xbox to download it back, and boom it's telling me to buy it again. I also have Minecraft for iOS but I can get that again.
