    when i try to log into another profile on xbox.com it always makes me re-enter my password and do the distorted letters test to see if I'm a robot and even though I'm positive I'm right it keeps saying that either my password or the test is wrong and btw
    its a gmail and the same profile sign in on my xbox because of error code 8015D003

    Sorry to hear the sign in trouble. Just so I can clarify, your husband is having trouble signing in with their Xbox Live Profile while you're having trouble staying signed into YouTube? What is the error when you try to sign into Xbox Live exactly?

    Hey there Kaiken! I understand you are having some trouble signing in to your profile. Does this happen for every profile on your console or just yours? Have you tried downloading and signing in on another console, and do you see the same issue there?

    Also, is this account a child account? Is the parent account on the same console, and is it having any trouble downloading or signing in on the console as well? Let me know, thanks!

    Cant connect to xbox live

    I'm also having trouble connecting to xbox live on my 360. I have a couple of profiles on my console but I'm only having trouble with my main profile:

    Mostly I simply can't sign in but sometimes I do sign in only to be signed out a few moments later.

    I have had different error message codes. Here are 2 of them; 80072EE2 & 801C2751
