Signing into my Xbox account.

I am trying log into all of my profiles but every time I try it says "We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x800488FC" on my Xbox one s. I don't know what to do. Please reply
if you know the solution to my problem.

account loading error

This morning I tried signing into xbox live and i accidently turned off my xbox while it was loading. when i turned my xbox back on a pop up came up and said problem signing into account and wont let me sign into my account. Can anyone help me?

I am having this exact same issue. Same code and everything. Turned my xbox off for about 5 mins and then it worked.

Hello! There was a service impacting some users which should have been resolved around 11:15PM EST. You shouldn't have any issue signing in now.

I cant find an xbox companion app on my PC to sign out of do you mean the phone app? I cannot sign into the xbox with another account. It just keep automatically signing me into my account. I want to sign to xbox with my sons account so he can share my gamepass/games?

I myself am experimenting. I have used my other Microsoft account on my Xbox App, and then make sure that on my default browser my main account is signed in.

When I click the "View order history" I was redirected to my main account even though I am signed in on my alternate account on the Xbox App.

Kindly try to sign out and then sign in using a different account on your Xbox App then test it out as well.

I think you misunderstood, my Microsoft account still owns my Minecraft account, however, my Xbox account is also linked to my Microsoft account. Whenever I try to login and access my Minecraft account, it automatically signs me into my Xbox, which does not have the Minecraft account. It's still linked to the email, but my Xbox account is stopping me from getting into the account.

The Microsoft account and Xbox account are one and the same...signing into an Xbox account would be the same as signing into a Microsoft account.....if I go into my Microsoft account history on my PC, it shows my Xbox purchases.

That sounds like you have a second Xbox and/or Microsoft account which is linked to the Minecraft account
