    signing into my Microsoft account on my ps4


    A few months ago when mojang added the ability to sign into a Microsoft account to play with crossplatform players on Minecraft I tried to sign into with my Microsoft account and after I signed in it gave me a completely different account without an email or a password and now it won’t change, has this happened to anyone else?

    As stated by XBF Leo G, at this point, we would have to refer you to submit a ticket with Mojang so that they may better assist you with being
    able to properly sync your account onto your other platform.

    We here on the Xbox Forums do not have the necessary tools to be able to assist you further in being able to sign into your Microsoft account across this alternate platform.

    I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.
