    Signing into MS Solitaire


    This is a problem that arose four days ago. Trying to play or sign into the MS Solitaire Collection is not working and have had this problem before for but not for such a long stretch. On the sign in screen there is no option to sign in as all that's happening
    is the little balls or whatever spin around for an eternity. Have browsed through so many other threads and did try many suggestions which haven't worked. Have tried the troubleshoot option via the Update & Security section, also tried a different troubleshooting
    program that was recommended in a thread and neither worked. Another recommendation was to use the Run option and type in "WSReset.exe" which also was a failure.

    So the question is what can I do now? My system is completely up to date and have had zero problems with anything else. Am using Windows 10 on a Dell laptop that I've had since 2016. Have read that un/reinstalling would probably work but don't want to take
    that route as I'd lose all of my progress and stats from the past four years. If that's the only option would uninstall but wouldn't reinstall as there has to b a better solution, can anyone help? Thanks if you can.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

    Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!

    Have the same problem with MS Solitaire (can't log in, yet easily sign into Xbox.com). As I can see, MS support team has been hardly working on solving this problem since 2012... And still no result... It's sad...

    One drive is not loading

    I'm not exactly sure why it affects it either, but apparently my game info is 'stored' on the cloud through OneDrive? So when I open MS Solitaire it gets stuck in the 'signing in' mode.
