Signing in Xbox live

Hey there,

my problem is with my Xbox account that every time i try to sign in an error occurs with "0x8015DC0B" name.

what should i do to fix it?

of course you need live how are you going to sign into xbox live?

This is more than likely due to being in a region where XBOX Live is not supported.
