    Signing in with a Microsoft Account on Minecraft PS4


    The issue I am having pertains to me not being able to sign into my Microsoft account on Minecraft PS4. When I sign into my Microsoft account on my laptop, I get this message: "All done! You're now signed into Minecraft for PlayStation 4." However, this message pops up on my PS4: "Oops! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft account." I just made a brand new Microsoft account and got this same message, so I know for a fact that that account is not already connected to another PlayStation account. And if my PlayStation account is already connected to another Microsoft account, I have already tried every other Microsoft account it could possibly be linked to and I get that exact same message. I don't know what to do. What should my next step(s) be?

    When on Minecraft on the PS4 you should have the option to sign into a Microsoft account.

    Ps4 received the Bedrock version of Minecraft, meaning it is crossplay enabled now. However you need to have a Microsoft account to be able to play with your friends on other platforms.

    There is some issues with the linking/signing in of accounts on PS4.
