Signing in to my new Xbox One while my Girlfriend uses my old 360 to watch Netflix

I am the only gamer in my house, so I own 2 XBoxes now, but only have one Xbox Live Gold membership. When I get home from work, my girlfriend is using the 360 in the living room to watch Grey's Anatomy marathon...fine, cool. I want to go into the office
and fire up my new Xbox one and play some Master Chief Collection. Why oh why Microsoft?! Why can she not watch her Netflix without using my account? Why is my 360 unusable? It is so much more capable, but is completely debilitated and worthless because
of this policy! I will NOT pay for another gold account just for a Netflix box, and I will NOT buy another device to circumvent this policy. Figure out a way Microsoft! Give your Xbox 360's a new life as Media Centers. You can let people purchase content
A la carte that would not do so otherwise. C'mon!

Question about Netflix and XBL

My sister has an XBOX 360 and she only buys/uses XBL for Netflix usage. I know you don't need Gold for XBOX ONE to watch Netflix is this the same for XBOX 360?

 

Signing into xbox one & xbox 360 simultaneously

I'm buying an xbox one and will be putting my xbox 360 into the bedroom to watch Netflix on. My question is, can I be signed into my xbox one console to game while another family member is signed into my 360 in the bedroom to watch Netflix on my same WARRaiOR

You don't need a gold account to watch Netflix anymore.

Get your girlfriend to make her own free xbox live silver account and she can watch Netflix on it.

 

So, I am pretty sure that you can be online on the 360 and the Xbox One at the same time. Let me look for a link. A, here, found it. It's about halfway down.

Now, you might have more of an issue with how your ports are forwarded on your network. With two Xboxs, you will likely want to have no ports forwarded and use UPnP. Otherwise, you will want to do port Triggering.
