Signing in to my account

again.

Same problems here, and sometimes when I can sign in I can't send any messages or anything

It might be easiest if you speak with Xbox Support directly as they can see into your account and should be able to help you sort this out.

Select either "Chat with Xbox Support", "Call Phone Support" or "Request a Call from Support".

I tried that.

Created a new windows user account but I can't sign in the new account.

It's asking for my password then it shows my account and "sign in" underneath.

I click on sign in but nothing happens.

And after a minute the whole system restarts to sign in again with my main account.

• Select Add New under Phone number or under Alternate email address.
  
• Follow the instructions to set up and confirm the new proof.
• If you already have a proof on your account, you might need to use that proof to verify the addition of a new proof.
  Note Proofs can be added to new accounts without validation for a short period. Existing accounts will need to have their proofs validated by using an existing proof.
