    right i bought an xbox one from game yesterday and i set it up last night/ this morning and i wanted to use my xbox 360 profile on my xbox one. I inputted all my info when setting my xbox one up and signed in to my xbox live gold profile. When i went to
    the home screen it keep up that i was signed in, but wouldnt allow me to do anything online. And it looked like it wasnt signed in to an xbox live account. The second problem is that it wont either of the two games i bought with it. (Forza horizan 2 and tom
    clancy the division) so i was wondering what i do, if i take it back or if i could sort it out. Thanks

    Every time i launch a game it disconnects me from xbox live

    Have You Tried Loading Then Signing In? Any Game To Be Specific? Or Just All?

    level reset!!!!!!!!!

    from what i understand, if you sign out or into your profile while the game is loaded, it resets your level. if you load up the game and are not signed into your gamertag, the game has you at level 1. when you sign into your gamertag, the game updates your
    settings to level 1. so be sure to sign into your gamertag before loading up the game.

    Having issues with launching a game or an app on Xbox 360 console? Here are some quick resolutions for that issue.

    An easier quick fix method is to first:

    1. Sign out of you're profile

    2. Load the game

    3. After the game loads sign back in

    Try turning of your xbox then turning it back on and putting in the game disc or loading up the game before signing in to your xbox acc and then sign in when the games loaded up this worked for me

    I am having a similar issue to where the game wont load at all without an error message. whenever i load the game without signing in it works but it makes me sign in then the game crashes.
