Signing in every time you play

We bought an Xbox one for our special needs son who cannot read. Every time he wants to start playing we have to sign him in, which can be annoying several times a day. I’m afraid he’ll buy something by mistake. My question is, can you play a game and not
have to sign in every time but not be able to buy something.

Hey JeremiahMIC!

When you're asked to sign in do you ever get an error message or are you able to select your profile and sign-in? There are two things we would want to start with for this issue. First, let's have you clear your Xbox 360 console's cache with the

steps on this page and reset your network. To reset your network unplug your network hardware for 30 seconds while your console is powered off and then reconnect.

If that doesn't help, let's try a quick re-download of your profile by pressing the guide button (the Xbox button) and selecting download profile. From there, enter your account information which will re-download your profile.

Every time I load up a game or switch game modes, xbox live asks me to sign in, and i dont know why this is happening. Help please?

It is possible to
create an account with special privileges to add to the
family on the console (child account). In this way the account can play but can not do some more complex

operations (such as buying games or inserting credit cards).

hi,you need to create a passkey so instead of using your account password you log your account with the passkey.

Sounds like it could be multipul problems.

First I would check on stuff with your xbox first.

Head into your storage Under system settings>Storage>Hard drive

Check for any corrupted data on the xbox, and delete it if you find any.

Clear your system cashe, by pressing Y on your storage device and the third option should be clear system cashe.

See if that fixes anything.

If not, delete your profile, head back into storage, and go to profiles, delete PROFILE ONLY then redownload it.

If not, onto connectivity troubleshooting.
