signing in! error codes on xbox one

Hey guys my xbox decided to randomly reset its self and wipe my profile off I cant re download the internet is working perfectly fine and im getting no help from this online chat or through xbox help, ive tried to see if I can set up a replacement or get
it fixed but its telling me I cant what on earth is happening can someone please explain this to me and give me a solution to this???

i cant sign in!!! help!!

ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too! Help!

 

+1 . In chat only say me to wait 2 hours until the problem desapear....

 

ive been trying since I got home from work at half 6! no one on chat could help and nothing on the website...:/ I don't understand why my xbox has reset appears to have factory reset whilst playing a game! then wiped everything off

 

My brother is haveing the same problem i told him 2 delete his profile n redownload but it wont let him just a heads up

 

just found out! the xbox live core system is down! server errors across the board, maybe 30 mins upto 4-5 hours guys called support in America ( because the british ones shut! ) but its the xbox live core apparently!

 

dont know how to post threads on here i power cycled my xbox one for like 5 min or so and when i plugged her back in BAM it worked i unplugged the power pack and let it sit there for like 5-10 min and played on my laptop looking for answers and plugged it
back in and works fine if this works let me know
