    Signing in Difficulties


    Having trouble playing the game Halo Reach which I know is backwards compatible on my Xbox One, every time I go to play it, even when I'm logged in previously it shows a message saying that there isn't a profile logged in. When I log in a message appears
    saying; "This profile isn't able to connect to Xbox Live on this console. To fix download again."

    Just wanted some help to fix this.

    I've found a glitch in the system

    Hello,

    currently there are some technical difficulties for specific user profiles to connect to Xbox Live. The Service Status for Xbox is notifying the following:

    Users may experience difficulties with the following services:

    Signing into Xbox LIVE from an Xbox console

    Signing into Xbox LIVE from Xbox.com

    Let's try these following steps out to see if it helps with the sign-in error. Let us know if it helps!

    1. Navigate to 'All settings' from the Xbox One Guide.
    2. Scroll down to 'System' and select 'Storage'.
    3. Within the storage settings screen, select 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage'.
    4. Your Xbox One console will restart after this, be sure to give it a go after the console boots back up!

    I have a Gamerscore of 1510 but cannot apply to be an Ambassador

    I meet all of those criteria, so it must be technical difficulties. Bummer, I would really love to sign up!
