Signing in and downloading

Hi experiencing issues regarding signing and my nowtv app wont work tried to re instal it but it won't let me not very happy as i use it every day normaly and i have a payied subscription that i can use whats happening about this? Please help fix this

Hi thanks for reply managed to reset xbox and its signed in to a degree but cant download anything and my live not working properly...

Try setting the console to offline, sign in, then set it back to online.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues with signing in and downloading content. As our great Ambassador team mentioned earlier there has been some technical issues going on that have been and
still currently are being worked on. You can keep checking back and it should suddenly been working once the issues have been resolved.

Whatever profile you sign into, the game is downloaded on the home console of that profile. Sign in with whatever the home profile of the console at your living space is and it should download there. Also, you will still be able to download those games
on that console by signing into your profile.

It will download the next time you sign into Live, so you will have to sign in to whichever console you want it downloaded on.
