Signing In and Adding New Sign In Issues

Hello,

I'm currently having issues signing in to my xbox one x. I had issues previously where I could not add new accounts for friends to play with me.

Today I was trying to play and it had signed me out of my account and when I tried to sign back in it kept just going to a white screen and failing to load anything.

I did a power cycle, checked my network, and attempted a factory reset (keeping games) and the problem is persisting.

Is there anyone else having this issue or anyone who can give me possible solutions other than a full factory reset where I will have to download some 60 gbs of stuff.

I just did 2 full factory resets because there was a report that the first one was not able to remove home information. This is not fixing the problem.

I have tested internet everytime I have done anything and it always says everything is fine.

Is there anything else that I can try to figure this out. I can only imagine it is somehow software related.

It is quite annoying having this issue because it has essentially turned my xbox into a brick because I can't install or save anything because there is no account...

If there are any more ideas I would love to hear them.

Are you part of the Insiders program for xbox?

Nope, currently it acts as if it wants me to sign in by opening a grey box with the loading spinning circle in it. Then about 30 seconds later it closes without doing anything. Taking me back to the dashboard where it has the option to add new sign in.

Do you get any error code or message when this issue with your account occurs?

Hi Snorri,

Thanks for the update. Sorry you are having issues with this. The only other thing to try is an

offline update. This requires a Windows 10 PC and a flash drive. If that doesn't work than it would be a repair which can be set up through

device support.
