Signing in and accessing Xbox live features.

Hey guys. So i was playing online on my One today and i decided i wanted to play an older game on the 360 for a while. So i went back and played it and when i went to sign back in on the One nothing was loading. My gamerpic is just a question mark, and while
i'm connected to live i cannot access any xbox live features what so ever. No activity feed, no ads, no pins. And when i attempt to start a game (Black Ops 3, Halo 5) it cannot retrieve my data. So i tried to play offline (Minecraft) and then the game wouldn't
even load. So i signed out and attempted to sign in to a different account and the xbox greets the profile as usual by saying Hi! but it never signs the profile in. I restarted the xbox, internet, disconnected and reconnected a couple times. Nothing seems
to be working. I'm not sure if this is a problem that i need to fix, or if it's an Xbox Live problem. I just have no idea where to go from here on fixing the issue. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks guys!

Hello, Migel, You will need to Purchase Xbox Live Gold Membership to play Online aswell as accessing other Features that Xbox Live has.

 

Long load times, trouble maintaining good connection

Load times when signing to Xbox live and am sometimes told that some features aren't available but then re-signing into live I then have all features working. Also, extremely difficult to join games and missions with other players. I know GTA Online has
been having its issues but my Xbox live service seems to be really laggy. Any known problems going on I don't know about? NAT is open.

 

Here is what has been fixing most of them for me on the support chat ....go into settings and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox
logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add
your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...
