Signed Xbox Live Gold but doesn't work

When I sign it, it works. When my son signs it and doesn't uncheck online mode the game will freeze and crash to xbox home screen. The Xbox Live Gold account was created with my account.

It's on the latest update everything doesn't seem to work ... It's when I try to sign in to Xbox live with my gamer tag that is gold... Please help me

Hi i have problem because on my account where I have xbox live gold and xbox live without gold there seems to be a problem with signing in to xbox and I don't have Internet on those accounts whereas on my sisters account where she doesn't have xbox live
there is no problem and Internet works fine. The error code is 8015820A

if your account is managed via a parental account then that parental account may have to check
http://account.xbox.com/settings to verify if Online gameplay is allowed.

If that setting is Ok, then you could also try the following:

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
3. Redownload your profile
