    Signed up for xbox live and was double billed on the same day


    Attempted to renew an xbox live subscription on the computer and it froze so I attempted it on my xbox directly where it worked instantly.

    Noticed that I was double billed

    Must have billed from my computer also without confirmation.

    Attempted to dispute it through my credit card with no success.

    How do I get my credit back for one of the memberships?

    you can also talk to your credit card company and they will take it off ASAP Happens alot . You should contact your credit card company since they will see that there are duplicate transactions etc
