Signed up for Live Rewards, but despite making several purchases, have 0 rewards

I signed up for Live rewards under 2 accounts. (My Live Gold does not expire for another 14+months).

1) Family account - that was created on xbox360, and everyone who played, played on that acount so they could play online or with their friends.

2) Since getting the Xbox1, we have abandoned the family account except for downloading Live+Gold items and some purchases, but then created individual accounts for each family member. My adult account, that I am logged into now, is my individual account,
and regardless although several purchases have been made using this account, neither Live Rewards account has any credit or any pending.

The program states you are rewarded for playing and purchasing content, are all of the games we've purchased, as well as add-ons purchased excluded?

The only other question would be, that under my Live+Gold subscription info, it shows it was pre-purchased. We purchased a gift-card and activated it rather than just paying online. Would that have anything to do with it?

Not receiving rewards points. Signed up months ago.

I signed up for Xbox rewards back on May 15th. I have made several purchases since than and nothing is reflecting in my history and I still have 0 points. Please advise

I can't sign up for rewards

Hello, I've been trying to sign up for live rewards, but it keeps saying I need a live account. I am a gold member and was signed into live when trying to sign up for rewards. I've bought several things since I first tried to sign up for rewards. So I've
missed out on those reward points. I'd appreciate any help getting signed up. Thank you.

Yes, they have to be completed after signing up for Xbox LIVE Rewards and actually having a profile on the rewards program side. I believe what you were asking about was the 1st time marketplace purchase. That's specifically for an account that has never
ever purchased anything on Xbox LIVE and then joins the Xbox LIVE Rewards program and then makes their 1st ever purchase. They get those 100 points.

I would also suggest signing up for the bing rewards and XBL rewards. I have several thousand points from the bing program and XBL rewards.

Nope. That's the only way.

If you're not signed up already, sign up for the Rewards program or Bing rewards. You can earn currency for your account and use that to make the purchase. It won't be immediate though.

Hi, you don't have to have Live but you will have to ensure that any purchased games do not have Xbox Live as a requirement. The ambassadors above have explained how to obtain live. You can also sign up for Microsoft rewards and by doing the tasks, you gain
reward points (most do not need purchases) and work your way to free Xbox Live. You can do this via https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ and via the Microsoft Rewards App.

Edit: Initial set up requires an internet conection.
