Signed up for half price gold for one month but been charged full price

I bought gold on the 14th Feb through the dashboard promotion where if I payed 5.99 then I would get the following month for 2.99, however I have just been charged full price again for the second month

there is nothing to stop them but I would never pay full price (maybe half price) for just 1 month of gold.

though i guess for some people a singular month (though its cheaper to go multimonth) is worth it to do that

Signed up for the 3 months half price gold last night, which also stated 160 free MS points. Anyone know how long these take to register on your account?

there is no promotion like that

You usually will get 1month or 1year promotion but it is during that period are you billed the discounted pricesand renewal would be full price

Live is 7.99 a month min depending on region
