Signed out when trying to play ANY game

Hello,

I dont know what the problem is and its the first time ive experienced it.

So i signed in, and tried to play World of tanks, i didnt even get past the main screen and my profile gets signed out.

I tried another game, same deal

Now i tried restarting my console, restarting router, but no luck so far

Any tips would be appreciated

XBOX restarts when signed on

mine restartes when trying to play any game and signed into xbox live, whats wrong

my xbox 360 slim freezes then restarts when i try to play a game.

i have tried clearing the system cache and trying to play when i am signed out but as soon as the game starts to load my 360 clicks and then freezes. any ideas how i can fix it?

happens when your Profile gets corrupted on your storage.

simply delete your gamertag (without Content ), delete your systemcache, and download it again should solve it.

Hi there numanrocks,

Sorry to hear you're still having issues with your account. This is a very stubborn one.

Just to make sure I understand:

You get signed out any time you try to play any game.
Any profile you use on your console gets signed out when you try to play a game.
With your profile on a USB drive and your Hard Drive removed, you still get signed out.
It is your profile getting signed out and not getting disconnected from Xbox LIVE.
You are playing disc games when you get signed out.
It is when you launch the games that you get signed out.

If this is all correct,

If you are able, try using your profile on a different console and see if you get signed out.
If you have not already, try disconnecting from Xbox LIVE and signing into your profile.

Please post back and let us know if I am right in understanding the situation and how those steps work for you and we'll go from there.

I'm sorry to inform you but the connection to a game has nothing to do with issues with the Xbox Employees (Other than connecting to the xbox live servers) Not being able to connect to the game servers could mean that you may have problems with your internet
connection. Have you tried rebooting your router or modem? I would suggest doing that if you havnt already.
