    Signed out when I turn off blocking updates and streaming


    I left the Alpha inside track back in January as every time I put the console into standby mode with instant on enabled, I was signed out, so turning it back on, no updates had been applied int he background so I would have to wait until the latest dashboard update was applied before I could do anything. I also stream from my console quite a lot to my iPad, but because turning off signed me out, streaming wasn’t possible without turning the console on first. I left Alpha as it was a bit annoying having to wait 10 minutes for the dashboard update to apply before you could use the console and having to walk upstairs to turn the console on to stream (first world problems, I know!)

    I recently rejoined and I’m still having the same problems on both an original Xbox One and an Xbox series X. I can’t seem to find anyone else having problems, so I’m now beginning to wonder if it is something else.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    I had the same issue and it turned out to be my pc, not the xbox, I went to the media centre on my pc and streaming had been turned off, I suspect a Microsoft update. Once I allowed it (again) its fine.

    Hey guys, I fixed it by turning it off, removing the hard drive, connecting to xbox live without signing in, turning off, and reinserting the hard drive. After turning back on, another update had to be installed. After the update, the error message didnt
    appear when I signed in to xbox live.

    Will check back if the message pops back up.

    Turn off auto record.

    The only way to turn it off is to turn off the streaming as well. It sucks, because every time I want to stream I have to turn streaming back on.
