Signed out, says "sign in using a controler" and i am, please help asap

I cannot use Taptiles since it says that it needs an update. Store says that there are no app updates for my Win 8.1 computer. I have verified that I am signed into the Store and Games, but no update is available and Taptiles will not work completely.
Please correct ASAP.

It says I am a gold member. But the issue is it says I am signed in and I don't have access to anything.. it keeps asking me to sign up or sign in. when I try to sign in..it goes to my avatar and i sign out and try to sign in and no luck. I use the same
email and password.

I can sign in using my computer and it shows that I am signed in and a gold member.

This may mean that you're signed in under the wrong Microsoft account, Angel.

On your Minecraft launcher please sign out then sign back in. If possible use all Microsoft accounts that you own to locate the game.

I have had the exact same issue since launch. I have had to input my password (with the setting as saved) each time I login and it tells me to "sign in with controller." If I am not connected to the internet it will sign me in correctly with kinect, but
will say bye when I connect online and forces me to sign in with a password . It recognizes me since it says my username when it tells me to sign in with controller. If there is a solution to this please let me know. Thanks.
