Signed out randomly & Major Xbox Video issues

Here are the issues:

XBOX Video -> A year ago when i selected Xbox Video it would bring me to a nice screen showing all the latest movies to rent and buy. Now when I select Xbox Video it shows one or two video game trailers and automatically signs me out of
Xbox Live. I hit the Xbox Button on my controller to sign in - once signed in it returns me to the home screen (sometimes signed in, sometimes not) Once I am able to get signed back in I go back to Xbox Video and it happens all over again.

Netflix -> When I select Netflix it says I need to sign in to a profile with Gold Membership to access the content. So I select "sign in" and select my profile. Once that loads there is usually a 50/50 chance Netflix will load or that I
am signed out and returned to the main xbox home screen

"Account" -> Sometimes my Xbox looks fine (ie looks like I am signed in on Live and my profile) but when I go to "system Settings" I cannot access "Account" because my profile had randomly signed out. Even though my all the previous screens
showed Live content and my friends who were Online... which would indicate I was signed in.

Xbox Video Purchase error -> Back at the beginning of season 5 of the walking dead I bought the seasons pass. Part way through one of the episodes I received an error message stating I had not purchased the content. I was then unable to
access any of that season of the walking dead. I spent
TWO hours on the phone with Xbox Support who had no idea why that happened and she said she would call me back the next evening with a solution; which she did not. She also would not provide a clear solution to how I could get my money refunded.

Randomly I will be signed out of my profile and / or Xbox Live

Here's What I have done:

I have checked my internet connection - Its working Fine

Cleared the Xbox Cache & followed those basic instructions from the XboxSupport twitter feed

Checked my purchase history on my .live account which shows a transaction for the purchase of the Walking Dead season pass

recently re-purchased a Gold membership (Was thinking maybe I needed to buy it again even though i have an automatic annual renewal. Well buying it again was a waste of $50)

I only have ONE profile on my Xbox 360 - So i know this is not some sort of "being signed in to wrong profile" error or Issue.

fully updated my Live account on my computer with new security questions, password, and everything else suggested by twitter and phone support.

So at this point I am not sure why I am paying for a Gold Membership if I cannot access the content. PLEASE provide me with a solution that will actually work and PLEASE don't tell me to clear my Cache for the 20th time. - Thank you.

Randomly signed out?

This has happened to me on two Xbox ones, one being a regular one and now on my new Xbox one S. While in the middle of a game, (even offline games) I'll get signed out of my profile which cuts me out of the game without saving my recent progress. It's extremely
irritating and I just want to know how to stop this from happening. This also happens at LEAST once a day. Thank you

 

Randomly signed out

There have been two separate instances of my account randomly signing out, and forcing me to have to log back in. It has not happened more than one time per instance, and I have had no problems after I log back in. I went to check the recent activity of
my account and it said both times that there had been an unsuccessful login from the same IP address that I normally log in from, I am wondering what this means, and if I should go about changing the necessary security information. Any help would be greatly
appreciated

 

oh and if that wasn't clear enough... No I cannot access Xbox Video and last time I could access the Xbox Video it said that I hadn't made any purchases. (but when I check xbox video on my computer it shows all the movies and shows I have purchased.)

Currently have a Black slim Xbox 360. internet is fine. Currently no error messages.

 

These are the two error messages I was getting back in December 02, 2014 as well: 80151103 and 800705B4. (those randomly stopped popping up and then shortly after that the major xbox video issues began to occur.)

I honestly got so frustrated I stopped using the console until tonight and still having issues.

 

So I guess since no one has any solutions Time to factory reset my xbox??
