Signed out of Xbox Live when playing games or going to the dashboard?

Are you getting disconnected from Xbox Live on your 360 console when trying to play a game or going home? Well i have the solution for you!

*This problem is normally caused by a Firewall or Cache stored on your console*

Solution #1:

*Go to your storage settings.

*Click "Y" on all of your devices and clear your cache. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/system/clear-system-cache

*Delete your Xbox Live profile from the console. Add or Remove Xbox Profile on an Xbox 360 Console

*Re-download your Xbox Live profile. Add or Remove Xbox Profile on an Xbox 360 Console

*Try again, and see if your problem is fixed.*



Solution #2:

*Delete your Xbox Live profile from the console. Add or Remove Xbox Profile on an Xbox 360 Console

*Unplug your network modem for 30 seconds then wait for it to come back on.

*Re-download your Xbox Live profile. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-ac...your-xbox-live-profile-to-another-360-console

*Make sure to try both solutions*

Signed Out When Playing Certain Games, Then Signed Back in At Homepage...????

Can anyone elaborate on an issue I have been having with playing Far Cry 3 and the free trial that I downloaded for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive? When I start playing the game I am signed out of Xbox Live but still signed into my profile, thus exempting
me from playing any multiplayer. I have tried to connect to Xbox Live when at the title screen of either game I am playing but it gives me the message "Your connection to Xbox Live has been lost. Please sign in again." Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks.

after i perform any action, such as playing a game or going into xbox video or xbox music, my xbox signs out automatically, how do i get it to stay signed in? i already have my settings set to staying signed in but it always sings out.

 

Very helpful. Didn't have to do solution #2. So far, everything seems to be fixed just by solution #1.
