Signed out of profile when disconnected from internet

No, i i believe you misunderstand. This problem has been going on for the last few months. The problem is that when my internet is disconnected for whatever reason, my whole profile is signed out, instead of just going offline like it used to. This problem
occurs regardless of the xbox service status. It prevents me from being able to play singleplayer games withiut getting kicked back to the splash screen and losing progress.

I've noticed atleast for me when wifi shuts off and it does that it indicates my internet is back on and I can sign in

As of a few hours ago, Xbox Live Core services are having issues and may cause some sign-in issues. As you've stated, you've already Power Cycled your console, so at this point you may want to either wait for it to come back up or get to a location with

well, yes, the thing is that is good, because that prevents other people to use your profile without your permision

Like the others mentioned, there is currently a service alert for signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account.

If your account is set as the home, then you should be able to play your games offline for now. Try going into the Settings > Network > Go offline, then load up a game.
