    alright so this isnt an issue that i myself am having, but my uncles xbox 360 keeps telling him to sign in to xbox live after nearly every action he takes. i mean i watched him sign in 4 times, and then clicking on something it tells him to sign back in.
    every time. his account IS an xbox live account, as he has pourchased many a game before, he just hasnt used it in over a year and all of a sudden its giving him major issues, also including 2 games that arent his on his hard drive and everything else being
    erased. i had used the same hard drive before but i never deleted anything since it isnt mine. i dont know if having had my account on there at one point could cause such issues or what but its really annoying

    The process of removing my account and then re-adding it worked for me. I was having the same issue.

    This problem started yesterday while I was playing dynasty warriors. It signed me out about 20 minutes after I started playing. The message the game gave me was about switching profiles and being returned to the title screen. Now whenever I try to sign in
    to my profile I get signed out immediately. This happens when I'm on the dashboard and when I'm in game. I've tried resetting my network, hard resetting the console, and cutting the power to it. Nothing is fixing it

    rolling back the current update

    Hi! sorry to hear you're suddenly being signed out. It's incredibly frustrating, trust me I know! This issue is actually caused by an issue with your account usually and not the Xbox itself. Try this..

    1. Remove just your profile from the Xbox
    2. hold the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds shutting down, then unplug it
    3. Sign into your Microsoft account
      here
      Use the same email and password that you use for the Xbox
    4. click on the security link then click update (enter your password again if it asks)
    5. On the security info page make sure you have at least 2 backup email or phone numbers and that they are current
    6. Make any changes if needed or if everything looks good go back to the main page of the account
    7. (optional) If it has been a while since you updated your password, change it now
    8. sign out and plug the Xbox back in
    9. add your profile back to the Xbox and sign in
    The issue should be fixed after that

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with Fortnite. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

    It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft.

    I just want to confirm for us to isolate the issue, are you unable to log in to other Xbox games or just specifically to Fortnite?

    Based on the information I've gathered, your console might need either a network reset or just a system refresh. Therefore, you will only need to follow those simple troubleshooting steps that I will provide you with and your issue should be fixed.

    The following troubleshooting step will help you clear out your MAC address:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    You could also try this troubleshooting step to clear any corrupted data from your device:

    1- Go to settings on your Xbox

    2- Select system

    3-Select storage

    4- Clear local saved games and your console will automatically restart

    Note: When doing this step please make sure that you always play online so that all your data is saved to the cloud

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note: The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause you to lose your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.
