Can't browse apps

My 360 is connected to the internet, and I'm signed into my Gold account but the options to "Browse" and "Search" are not active.

What gives?

 

Gamerscore is back but...

Ahhh! I'm not the only one with this issue.

My collective games achievements add up to 1760 but my Forza 4 achievements are all messed up. I;ve signed in/out several times and tried the 'unlocking an easy acheivement' again as suggested before, however now my games section acheivements tab says 1770
G but when I access it, the sum of my game acheivements adds up to the correct 1760.

My Forza 4 acheivements tab states '41 of 48' Acheivements however when select it, there are only 7 of 48 unlocked. My badges are showing up in my profile in the Forza 4 forum if that info helps.

Also when I select compare games with people in my friends list the correct 1760 G is showing at the top with the correct 680 G for forza 4 however when I select to compare that game tab my G rating changes to 115 and most of my 'already' unlocked icons
are missing.

I hope this info helps in finding a solution to this frustrating problem.

It is possible that you received a gamerscore reset. This usually happens when achievements are gained in an unfair/illegal manner.

 

Are you absolutely certain that you're posting with the gamertag that you originally used? If so then Outsiders comment may be correct.

I checked and i have a perfect record i dont know how to hack i dont own a computer or anything and as far as i know u cant hack with ur system. I cant even earn acheivements its like they are there but not showing i even called xbox live and they cant find
anything.

We are not enforcement guys, nor do they patrol these forums. Your only recourse is to sign in to the link I provided with the affected gamertag and click on the Hammer icon. If you have had a recent enforcement action then you'll be able to open a Case
Review.

However, considering you are saying that it's been 3-4 years since you've been on the account the action may be too old to have been listed on that site if you cannot see anything.

The fact that you cannot even earn those achievements back does suggest that you've had a gamerscore reset. You will not be able to re-earn any achievement that you had prior to that reset.

 

I called xbox live the inforcement team does monitor the forum xbox live customer service told me to post here so they can look into it

Support is incorrect. The enforcement team stopped using the forums in August.
