    So I get on GTA 5 recently downloaded for the first and I go to online tab and it says sign into Xbox live but I already am and when I click on my profile nothing happens and nothing works to let me play.

    It says I'm not signed in... but I am.

    This is tough to explain, so when I sign into my Xbox One, everything seems to work fine, but when I tried to start a party, it wouldn't let me, so I messaged my friend to get him to invite me, he says I'm not showing up online, I checked my profile tab,
    it says I was last online 10 hours ago. I can join or create parties, for whatever reason it lets me play online games, and I show up online when doing so, but I still can't join or create parties. Not sure about other functions. Has anyone encountered this
    problem before? I've tried restarting the console and I've tried signing in and out, and other accounts on the console are having the same problem.

    I'm signed into the right account? but its telling me I'm not??

    Hey, so I just logged on my Xbox account to play overwatch. When I clicked on it, it said that I needed to login to the account the game was perchased on. Which I was logged on to the RIGHT account the game was perchased on. So I turned the Xbox off and
    on again. Putting the Overwatch game dics in aswell.

    I clicked on the overwatch and it came up with the same opening so I thought is was over and done with. But when I clicked "A" it said I had to perchase Xbox Live Gold, I clicked "no thanks" and it didn't even sign me in. Signed in but I'm not :mad:

    The stupid thing is that THIS has NEVER happened before!

    Have I done something wrong?

    Hey there, OZIEHAM23!

    I'm sorry to see any sign in issues with Jigsaw and Sudoku! Checking on
    your profile    , I don't see any activity for even Solitaire and Mahjong (the Achievements section shows most recently played, not necessarily most recent achievement earned). Are you playing on a different account and it might be having issues due to that?
    If you are using a different account, please post what that gamertag is so we can ensure we have all the right information.

    However, in the meantime, some troubleshooting! Let's have us force Jigsaw and Sudoku to forget your sign in information. Hit the Windows Key on your keyboard (or click the Start Menu icon in the task bar), click on the gear for Settings,
    click on System, click on Apps & features on the left, then search for Jigsaw. Click on it to expand the section, and then click on Advanced options. From there, you can Reset the app. This
    will remove any sign in information on the app to refresh it. Do the same thing for Sudoku.

    After you do that, please attempt to sign in again and let me know how that goes. I look forward to sorting this out with you. :)

    To Reply to a Post, simply Sign-in with your Account and then Post a Reply.

    Hey Valen, sorry you're dealing with that, especially when you know you're already signed in. I can help you figure this out!

    Try completely closing the game and restarting your device. After that, open the game again and see if it lets you in. If not, try signing out of your Microsoft account and signing back in.

    Are you playing on Xbox or PC? The steps are a little different depending on the platform, so I can help more once I know.
