Discus and support Signature issue and support contacting in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; First of all, it sound as though getting help from microsft support is impossible.     First of all, it sound as though getting help from microsft support is impossible. I tried to open a chat, but the name fields area block though required, so the system won't let mt open the god danm chat. The same occurs with the call service. Also the
    twitter contact they provide just ignore me. And if it's not enough, there's none 0800 number or something to me to call. Then, this forum was to only one that rest.

    Now, the signature problem. I have a microsft signature in my credit card, apparently from xbox live. But in my xbob one in my house no account has acess to this service. So I called the credit card enterprise, but they telled me that this signature can
    only the canceled by microsft. I ordor to stop paying for something that I'm not using, I've canceled the card. But still want to know from what that came from, at least I wish I would if the microsft support system works at least once ¬¬'

    what do I do?

    MS should check if your achievements have dates

    Have you tried contacting Microsoft support regarding the issue?

    http://account.live.com     That should autofill your information for the support site.

    If that doesn't help, what region are you in?

    finally I could get in contact with the support by another microsoft account, my one is still incapable of such a gift ¬¬'

    And I solved my signature problem there. Thank you for the help.

    Well, have you tried contacted support about this issue? If not then you can either call them, or you can chat with an agent or an Ambassador right here from the site over this. Just click on "Contact Support" in my signature.

    I'm assuming you mean subscriptions instead of signatures. The best thing to do, since this is a payment/billing issue, is to contact Xbox Support.

    They should be able to find the cause and fix and/or refund anything if needed.
