Signal Display Issue

Hello Urban, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your console.

If your cat has peed on the console then I'd recommend against using it just in case some of the liquid has gotten inside. As the video has vanished shortly after finding this out I'd recommend setting up a repair. You can do this via https://account.microsoft.com/devices.

Once set up and you have received your shipping label via email you can pack up your console. Please be sure to send only the console and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extra items such as cables or controllers will be returned.

I made a mistake, I have posted to the correct forum.

This isn't a "black screen" issue, my TV is stating "No Signal Found" such as it would if the TV box was off.

Again, my Vizio TV is displaying "No Signal Found" box.

Did you have it connected to a different display and set to a resolution that this display doesn't accept, like 1080p? Because if the 360 is set to 1080p only, this display may not accept the signal. In that case, you'll have to connect it to a TV that will
accept the 1080p signal & switch it to either 1080i or AUTO.

Typically this happens on older TVs when the video signal is "out of range" for the display, meaning that some of the video signal is bleeding into the audio signal.

Try adjusting the brightness level down on the display. If that helps you have it set too high, and you should make adjustments in games via the video settings. If not, it's possible that the TV is going bad and the signal is not getting split properly.
