For example do you receive any error codes, if so please specify those.

Also run a network test on the console to see if there are any issues connecting to Xbox Live.

Since you are trying to purchase something also check if all information at
http://account.microsoft.com is correct and up to date

Also have you attempted to purchase from
Xbox.com as well? Are you getting the same errors you might be getting on the console?

Confirmed that I am signed in to Xbox Live, my profile is signed in and online for the 260 emulator.

probably from xbox rewards if you signed up.

It's definitely not just xbox 260. Been having trouble with it for several days this week on my xbox one. Is there an ETA on when it might be fixed?
