@ sign not working on virtual keyboard

Discus and support @ sign not working on virtual keyboard in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hey my little brother can't log into his Xbox because when he types the @ sign it changes to a smiley face ( no idea how he's done this) I've searched...     hey my little brother can't log into his Xbox because when he types the @ sign it changes to a smiley face ( no idea how he's done this) I've searched everywhere and can't see a fix.

    Virtual keyboard

    Hi

    If the virtual keyboard is not visible on the screen can you please try a full console restart and hopefully this will resolve the issue for you. To restart the console press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds, once the
    console has powered down wait for one minute then power the console back on and hopefully the virtual keyboard will now be working.

    logging on to xbox live

    are you able to sign in at Xbox.Com ? If you can, then you're making a typing error, and the virtual keyboard on the Xbox can be a little difficult to use at first.

    To be able to help you out, we need to gather some more information. First, what Xbox console do you have, and also, have you tried to perform a full factory reset on your console?

    Keyboards

    It will work straight away for text input during messaging and the likes.

    Every time the Xbox would show a virtual keyboard on the screen for text input, the keyboard will work.

    As for games, the game has to be specifically made to support keyboards.

    Not all games are able to use keyboards.

    For example Fortnite and Minecraft are popular examples for games that work with an USB Keyboard and USB mouse.
