Sign issue Code: 8015D021

Cant sign in to my sons account and this error shows up and cant find anything about what the code means. My daughter can sign in just fine and they both have exactly the same accounts that I have given permission to already. Please help

If you are experiencing issues as you describe then it is very likely that one account was set up with a different region than you intended.

Was having the same issue as you. From what I've read in that thread it was something recent by the Federal Government due to the Child Online Privacy and Protection Act. It's something they put in to help protect the welfare of children online from predators
and any other dangers that could be lurking on the internet. Hopefully you can go through that thread and read the chat log that is three posts down to find out what is going on with your son's account.

(I apologize if this didn't help you very much, but I'm still learning to help people. This is something new that I've picked up in my spare time.)

 

So I figured it out had to pretty much pay 50 cents for a second time to give his account permission to play online. After I did that he was able to sign in on his console with no issues. Thanks yall
