Sign is does not work on W10

I moved to Windows 10 and now I cannot sign in when starting Microsoft Sudoku.

I get the following message:

Choose another item

This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Sudoku

XOne Controller, RAWINPUT API and Windows 10 1607 Update

Hi,

We are working on a PC games with RAWINPUT API for inputs management and it works on all pads/joystick until W10 1607 Anniversary Edition update.

Engine do not receive any WM_INPUT message from X1 Controllers whereas X360 controllers works fines.

X One Controllers are correctly enumerated and registered by RAWINPUT API.

We think it's an issue with W10 update but we don't find any post on this problem.

Any advice ?

Does XOne Controller drop support for RAWINPUT on Windows 10 ?

ummmmmmmm Windows 10 IS coming to the XB1, will it look like your PC? probably not... does that mean it is not operating using W10?? NO... but W10 is also coming to windows Phone... so how could that be??

To check, have you made any in-app purchases with Microsoft Sudoku? Also, when you upgraded to Windows 10, did you perform a fresh install or did you move everything over? If you moved everything over, it may be worth trying an uninstall of game and a reinstall.

 

No, I have not made any in-app purchases and I did a complete fresh install on a new computer

Let's have you try uninstalling Microsoft Sudoku, followed by a restart of your PC. Once your PC is back up, download the app again and give it another try. Keep us looped in with how it goes

 

Done that - it made no difference - in the store it ways that I own the app and once downloaded i get the same message

Yes - they work fine - Solitaire & Mahjong

 

I have the same problem. Sounds like you're getting the runaround. I think I'll just uninstall and say forget it. (I've already did the basics like reinstalling.)

 

I solved my problem. It turns out that you'll get this error if you've disabled the XBox app as a background app.
