Sign-In Working but not registering with console

So, for the past two months I have been playing XBOX and utilizing XBOX Live, however my profile will still show as "Sign In" versus my gamertag and avatar in the top left corner. I can access everything perfectly fine like I use to before this issue occurred.
It's just that now, the system menu is not registering that I have successfully signed in. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this glitch.

Boy I'd sure LOVE to discuss the Beta....yep.

It can take up to five working days after registering your console with the 'app' for you to be given access to the beta section of the forum.

Here is the fix that has worked for the majority of users. Sign out of your profile then sign back in. Let us know if it works for you. Good Luck!

It may be a connection issue try removing the profile then Performing a power cycle and update the thread once you done that.

call support or register a repair by signing intot he windows live id that you registered the console with

LIGH7NINGPIG, has somebody on your console signed up for the beta? If so, then whoever registered your console needs to access the beta forums with the profile that they used to register and post this isue there for the Beta Team so that they can work on
a fix. If not, have you recently used your profile on a console that was registered for the beta? If you have, then you are in a beta limbo. You cannot get the beta updates on your console because the registration has closed, nor can you make purchases from
anywhere other than a beta console while the beta is active.

You signing into an console would be problematic if your friend that you signed onto his console ever requires repair as you would be registered owner
